The Thermo-Calc Software support office is ready for you.

 

The support cases we recieve are handled in recieved order for all users with valid Maintenance & Suport Subscription.

For quickest possible service we kindly ask you to please:

1. State clearly in the e-mail subject that it is a Computational problem
2. Supply your site number (visible on quotations and in the License File) or run the Diagnostic tool:  

             - For Microsoft Windows tclog.zip 3-mar-2009 / 1.1 MB

             - For LINUX/UNIX tclog.tar 20-jan-2009 / 4.66 MB

3. Enclose and send the file generated by the Diagnostic tool.

4. Please enclose Plot and/or Macro and/or Script and sufficient information for us to understand your computational problem.
5. Include full information about your site name and contact details
6. Include full contact name and e-mail.
