State clearly in the e-mail subject that it is a Computational problem
Supply your site number (visible on quotations and in the License File) or run the Diagnostic tool:
         - For Microsoft Windows tclog.zip 3-mar-2009 / 1.1 MB

          - For LINUX/UNIX tclog.tar 20-jan-2009 / 4.66 MB
Enclose and send the file generated by the Diagnostic tool.
Please enclose Plot and/or Macro and/or Script and sufficient information for us to understand your computational problem.
