In order for us to provide quick support and solve your problem fast we request the following:
- State clearly in the e-mail subject that it is a LICENSE problem
- Run the Diagnostic tool:
- For Microsoft Windows tclog.zip 3-mar-2009 / 1.1 MB
- For LINUX/UNIX tclog.tar 20-jan-2009 / 4.66 MB
- Enclose and send the file generated by the Diagnostic tool.
- Include full information about the problem, error messages, your site name and contact details
- Include full contact name and e-mail.
